The Employees' Trust Fund Board has 16 Branches throughout the island to serve their members as well as the employers. |
|
Employees' can lodge their complaints against the respective employers for nonpayment of contributions, underpayments and delayed payments to these branches. |
|
Any member could handover their claim applications, check their member balances can obtain any/information or inquiry with regard to the ETF from any branch. |
|
All branches are linked. |
|
Employers are also able to obtain any information with regard to the ETF contributions, surcharge payment, six month returns etc. or any information. |
|
Employers are also can handover their late payments to the branches. |
|
Branches are handling all the relevant information with regard to the ETF employer master file within their respective areas. |
|
Members are able to receive normal claims through Gampaha, Kandy & Matara Branches. |
